Why a flat fee when everyone else takes a percentage?
Because the percentage is the problem. Recovery tools charge a quarter of what they win back, so your best months cost you the most. A flat $99/mo means recovered money is money you keep, whether you win back $500 or $50,000.
Does Rebuttal take any cut of what I recover?
No. Zero percent, on every plan. The flat monthly fee is the only thing Rebuttal charges. There is no success fee, no per-dispute surcharge, and no percentage on the back end.
